You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations are subject to availability. Cancellation policies apply as specified at the time of booking.

Cancellation, No-Show, and Refund Policy

All bookings at Intore Learning Community are confirmed upon review and issuance of a written confirmation. Any cancellations, changes, or requests for refunds must be submitted in writing. The timelines below apply from the date written notice is received.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid, less any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred.

Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a 50 percent refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.

For group bookings, retreats, or customized programs involving curated experiences, catering, or external facilitators, specific cancellation terms may apply. Any variations will be clearly outlined in the booking confirmation.

No-Show Policy

A no-show is defined as failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior written notice.

In the event of a no-show:

  • The full booking amount will be forfeited.
  • No refunds or credits will be issued.
  • Any associated services or experiences scheduled for the booking will be considered cancelled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of confirmation of cancellation.

Exceptional Circumstances

Intore Learning Community reserves the right to review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Any such consideration will be at the sole discretion of management.
